We process orders weekdays thru 3pm except on weekends and holidays. Orders normally ship the same day if the order is received before 2pm. EST.
Orders are typically shipped via UPS or FedEX Ground within the United States. We do our best to get your order to you promptly. There are no guaranteed delivery dates as we are dependent on the service of our carriers and any related issues they may have. Tracking information will be provided once your order is processed.
If any items on your order are not in stock, we will ship them as quickly as possible when we receive them. Other items in stock will be shipped as per our normal processing policies.
Returns will be accepted without a restocking fee for up to 90 days after the purchase date if the product returned is in original packaging and in new, resalable, and unused condition. Special and custom orders will require a restocking fee based on the policies of the manufacturer. Note that some orders may be deemed ‘final’ and / or ‘unreturnable’ at the time of sale. All returns must be accompanied with by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) that is obtained by request at our Contact Us page. Return freight is paid by the customer unless the return is due to an error on the part of WPS.
Warranty items are processed similar to general product returns; however, warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer. Once items are inspected and approved by the manufacturer, they will either be replaced, repaired, or credited as per the terms of the manufacturer.
All cores must be returned within 60 days of purchase for credit. Core returns are on a ‘like for like’ basis and must be in repairable condition. Once approved, the core credit will be applied to your account. Core returns must be accompanied by an RGA obtained by request at our Contact Us All Returns of any type must be shipped in compliance with carrier requirements and applicable rules and regulations.
